Argyris Spyridis is the founder of Innovation Farm, and the owner of Alpha Consulting Europe. Since 1998 he has engaged various sectors of the economy and help the optimization of business practices in the fields of marketing management, business remodeling and technological integration for various companies. As an entrepreneur himself and a coach, Argyris provides support to both startups and existing businesses in all stages of their life cycle. His experience on “how to do things” is also shared through lectures and workshops. Unorthodox in discovering solutions, dreamer and a highly energetic person, he will talk with you about anything, anytime. Meeting him means one thing: staying still is not an option…
Adriane Thrash is a business coach and communications specialist. As co-founder of Innovation Farm, she works with early-stage Startups and SMEs on business modelling, marketing strategy, team dynamics, pitch readiness, and more. In addition to coaching in the StageOne Accelerator, she also works with a variety of programs in South Eastern Europe, and is Project Manager for Mentor’s Mix. Adriane was born and raised in Silicon Valley, and graduated from UC Berkeley. She has worked in the IT and Education sectors before concentrating in marketing, communications and design. Working and living in Greece for more than 12 years has allowed her to focus on the theory and practice of business-building and sustainable economic change for all manner of enterprises. An incurable optimist, she believes in Intuition, Prime Numbers, 4/4 time and the Importance of Small Ideas. She always knows where to find the band-aids.
