LLP/Erasmus Program

The Aristotle University of Thessaloniki accepts only exchange students from partner Universities with which there is a signed bilateral agreement for the academic year that he or she are planning to study. This information can be obtained by contacting the International Relations Office of the partner University.

In preparing for studies at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki within the framework of a LLP/Erasmus bilateral agreement, students should know the following:

  • Courses at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki are taught in Greek.
  • Usually, there are special arrangements for LLP/Erasmus students, such as assignment of essays in English with the use of English bibliography in small group of students. The student will be examined in English. In addition, any student may work on his/hers diploma thesis (project) but only after consulting the corresponding professor.
  • Information concerning courses at the School of Informatics and other academic matters and accommodation can be obtained at the web site of the School of European Educational Programmes.

The Erasmus Student Network of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (ESN AUTH) is part of ESN Greece. It is one out of the 12 local ESN greek sections- and also active member of ESN International since March 2010.
