Postgraduate Studies
The Department (co)organises the following three programs of postgraduate studies.
Informatics
The Postgraduate Studies Programme in Informatics of the Informatics Department at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki began its operation in the academic year of 2003-2004. The key targets of the postgraduate course is the development of specially trained personnel in the field of Informatics and Communications in order to fill market needs.
Informatics and Management
The Postgraduate Studies Programme in "Informatics and Management" of the Informatics and Economics Departments at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki began its operation in the academic year of 2003-2004. The goal of the postgraduate course is to bring together graduates from Informatics and Economics in order to acquire a common background in both of these topics, so that they can effectively staff industrial and governmental job positions in high demand for these specialties.
Medical Informatics
The Postgraduate Studies Programme in "Medical Informatics" of the Informatics Department, Medical Informatics and Polytechnic Faculty at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki began its operation in the academic year of 1998-1999. The courses concern applications of Medical Informatics technology on biomedical issues as well as on medical informatics technology.
